Client to arrange for keys to be available prior to collection of pet.
 

All dogs being walked & looked after will need to undergo a trial period during the 'Meet & Greet' session to ensure they are adequately trained & socialised.
 

Client will be asked to complete relevant forms about their pet, their needs, and sign to confirm information is correct.
 

Client will authorise pet carer to obtain any emergency veterinary care that may be necessary during the time spent with pet (every effort will be made to contact the owner prior to obtaining emergency care).
 

Client will accept responsibility of any charges related to emergency care.  Pet carer is authorised to use an alternative vet (recommended by client) should regular vet be unavailable.
 

All dogs being excercised/must be fully vaccinated and on a regular flea & worm control regime.
 

All dogs will be excercised on lead UNLESS otherwise discussed & agreed with client (and disclaimer form /questionnaire has been signed).
 

Client will be charged as soon as booking has been confirmed. Payment can be made either via Bank Transfer OR Paypal.
